Yes, you can go to TerraNet account page, and access your account using your
TerraNet username and password.
One of the available options is to disable your mail filtering service. When you use this option, your messages are still analyzed,
however SPAM messages will not be quarantined, rather they will be tagged [spam] in their subject.

No, you can only disable spam filtering only. Virus filtering cannot be disabled in order to protect your mail
from any virus infected messages. Back to top

This means that our mail filter recognizes this email as spam, and you have disabled your mail filtering.
In this case, our mail filtering server will mark the subject of
the message with the special tag [spam]. You can either delete or keep such messages in your Outlook mailbox.
