Following are all the terms and
conditions for use of Internet Services provided by TerraNet. By using your
account you agree to abide by the regulations. All dial-up customers are
subject to these terms and conditions.
TerraNet reserves the right to
terminate or disable the account of any member who violates the following terms
and conditions:
TerraNet
does not authorize the transmission and distribution of any kind of bulk e-mail
through its network. In addition, sending any kind of invalid e-mail is
prohibited. TerraNet reserves the
right to take all the steps to prevent such e-mails and to terminate the
accounts of any violators.
TerraNet
reserves the right to deactivate the e-mail account of any dial-up customer, if
it appears that his/her dial-up account has been inactive for at least three
months.
TerraNet
does not rent, exchange,
sell or reveal whatsoever its mailing lists. It also does not disclose any
information about its site visitors.
TerraNet
does not trace its website’s visitors. Yet, it may utilize limited
information about visits made to its site only to investigate and analyze
common traffic patterns and execute standard system maintenance.
TerraNet
dial-up customers approve
to keep their account passwords confidential and do not permit others to use
their accounts apart from immediate family. TerraNet’s
dial-up accounts are not intended for multiple users.
Since information
communicated through the Internet is usually not private,
TerraNet does not promise the security of its Customers’
privacy. Clients should perform regularly security measures (this includes
changing their dial-up and e-mail passwords) to safeguard the confidentiality
of their Identification and/or password.
TerraNet’s
dial-up customers possess the right to cease their existing accounts at any
instance. Existing monthly payments are not refundable.
TerraNet’s
dial-up customers approve not to, or attempt to, obtain illegal access. They
also agree not to endeavor or do damage of any nature to
TerraNet’s network, or its classified information or
subscribers.
Sending out any
information or material that violates any international, regional or local
regulation, law or treaty is banned.
TerraNet’s
dial-up connection offers the user access to content that is protected by
copyrights, Trademarks, and other intellectual property rights (“Rights”) of
various third parties. The account holder agrees not to use the TerraNet site
to reproduce or distribute in any way materiel that is copyright protected,
without obtaining permission of the copyright owner.
TerraNet
does not control at all the content of the information passing through its
Network.
Access to information
obtained via TerraNet’s dial-up
service is at the client’s own risk. TerraNet
disclaims any responsibility in regard to the precision or accurate quality of
the information obtained through its dial-up services.
The use of any dial-up
account signifies that the customer has read and approved
TerraNet’s Terms & Conditions.
Pay-as-you-go hours are limited to one year from the date of activation
After the expiration date of your dialup account, your free
SMS units (Not the paid units) get suspended for a grace period of 30 days.
During this period you can’t use the Mobile
center until you recharge your Dialup account. If you don’t recharge your account
during the grace period you would lose your free SMS units.
Terranet is not responsible for any loss of e-mail messages held on our mail server for any reason.
